Good question! First of all, the annual cost of a full-time Senior Designer today exceeds 100,000 euros, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). What's more, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy all the time, forcing you to pay for time you're not able to use. With a monthly subscription, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you like, ensuring that you only pay your designer when you have work for them to do.
Once you've subscribed, you can add as many design requests as you like to your queue, which will be processed one by one.
On average, most requests are processed in two days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer.
You may be surprised to learn this, but Sahabe is actually a unique agency. This means that you'll be working directly with me, the founder of Sahabe. However, enhancement requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.
We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Suppose you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to suspend your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be interrupted, leaving you with 10 days of service to use at any time in the future.
Most applications are designed using Figma and the Adobe family.
Sahabe offers great flexibility in the way you request designs using Trello. Customers often request designs directly via Trello, by sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their brief). Basically, if it's possible to create a link or share a document in Trello, it's good to go.
No need to worry! We'll keep revising the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Absolutely not. Sahabe does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging and print design (magazines, books, etc.).
No problem. You can stop your subscription when it's over and come back when you have other design needs. There's no need to waste the rest of your subscription.
